I don't give myself enough credit
After physically cleaning out my office, I decided to clean up my computer. Repartitioned all my discs, formats, and new operating system. I've been running Fedora Core for quite some time, and decided to give Kubuntu a try. I've been really impressed with its out of the box hardware support, and I love the "apt-get" based package manager. However, one thing has pissed me off beyond repair. I feel like it's Linux on training wheels.

I can't even mount my stinking CD drives on my own. Automounnter? Get out of here. And what do you mean dev/hdc doesn't exist? dev/sr1? Kiss my ass, I'm outta here.

Kubuntu, you're nice and all, but, I gotta have my space. Leave me a lone, and let me do my thing. I know you just want to help, but I think I can do it myself. Slackware, I love you. I'll always go to you first for anything that matters. Redhat, please come back to my desktop.
